2010/03/08 - APRIL GROUP recorded consolidated sales of €812.96m in the year ended 31 December 2009, up 10.5% on a reported basis and 7.8% on a pro forma basis, bearing in mind the Life & Savings business was deconsolidated since it is in the process of being divested. But for this transaction, consolidated sales would have increased by 14% in 2009.

2010/03/01 - France’s APRIL GROUP is selling 100% of the share capital of APRIL Solutions to CWI Group.
Based in Aix en Provence, CWI Group designs and manages insurance programmes as well as coordinating and supporting its partners in order to optimise their sales performances.

2010/01/25 - APRIL GROUP’s consolidated sales grew to €812.96 million in the year ended 31 December 2009, up 10.5% on a reported basis and up 7.8% on a pro-forma basis, after deconsolidating the sales of the Life & Savings division, which is in the process of being sold. Including the sales of this division, growth would have reached 12.0% on a reported basis, perfectly in line with management guidance given at the start of 2009.
