2008/07/31 -APRIL GROUP has just acquired 60% of the capital of CAEG, a broker based in Paris that was started up in 1973 and acquired in 2004 by Benoît Van de Casteele.

Operating under the Assur-Londres name, CAEG is a wholesale broker, underwriter at Lloyd’s of London, specialised in property insurance for companies, notably in the mass-market retailing and storage sectors.
The company markets its offer via a network of 50 brokers. It generated revenue of €1.7 million in 2007 for 9 employees.
