Death/permanent total disability
- 3 levels for executives and employees (2 for consultancy and design firms) ranging from the minimum stipulated in the collective agreement to extensive cover.
 
Identical options for all (executives/employees, irrespective of grade)
- 3-day waiting period for hospital treatment and accidents.
- Education allowance (if not provided in the collective agreement).
- Funeral allowance covering the employee and his/her beneficiaries.
