This policy is designed especially for firms of accountants and statutory auditors who are subject to this Collective Agreement.

Managerial and non-managerial staff are able to take out minimum cover for death and unemployment and specific invalidity allowances in accordance with the obligations under their Collective Agreement.

- No medical formality at non managerial “Collective Agreement” level,
- No age-related increases,
- Only one rate regardless of the number of employees.
